Four different NextGen steel guitarists from Ke Kula Mele Hawai‘i School of Hawaiian Music will be featured, presenting their individual programs of steel guitar music. Emcee will be Jake Kuliaikanu‘u Fernandez.
Steel Guitar Hands-On Opportunities
Festival guests will be offered hands-on opportunities to experience the steel guitar under the guidance of steel guitar expert Claude Kutaka.

The Hawaiian Steel Guitar Festival - Keiki Kine at Kahala Mall poster was designed by Addison Ching and features pictures of the NextGen performers superimposed on an image of a Magnatone Student Model steel guitar with "Mother of Toilet Seat" pearloid finish.
